About Bea
My inspiration comes from my walks through European streets, between medieval castles and old mansions where ivies climb.
Since I was very little, I liked to make miniature furniture and clothes for my dolls with recycled materials. I never thought back then that this was going to be my job.
I have a special fascination for miniatures related to children's environments since I remember my children's childhood times.
My workshop is a room with lots of lighting and shelves on the wall with all the materials and miniatures that I find in the markets and haberdashery stores that I visit every day.
I really like angels and I have many of them.
Every time I send a package to any part of the world with one of the miniatures I make, a part of my heart goes with them.
Everything I do, I do it for the glory of God and for the love of my son and daughter. I thank my mother for her unconditional love and support.
SHOP POLICIES
• Shipping and Delivery
The packages will be sent from SPAIN, I will let you know the tracking number in your order information on this website and also to your registered email.
The time I need to process each order varies, I generally ship parcels on the seventh business day after receiving the order.
In case of special requests, I will need ten working days to process your order and there is no option to cancel the order.
• Estimated delivery times
They may vary according to the times handled by “Correos de España” and then it will also depend on the other postal providers that will be responsible for delivery in their respective countries: Spain: 3-10 business days, Europe: 10-15 business days, Rest of the world: 15-30 business days (it may take longer during certain times of the year, such as Christmas or national holidays).
I will do my best to ensure that these time estimates are accurate, but it is not in my power to guarantee them.
• Customs and import taxes
Any customs and import taxes are buyers' responsibility. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs. You should keep in mind that some additional taxes may be added to your package upon arrival in your country, depending on its customs procedures.
• Payment options: Secure payment options through Paypal.
• Cancellation, return and exchange
Before requesting a cancellation or return, do not hesitate to contact me in case of a problem with your order, I will try to solve it in the best way for your complete satisfaction.
- Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Until your package has left my workshop, I will be able to cancel and refund it without delay. You can request cancellation through the messages section of this website or by email: leminiaturedibea @gmail.com.
- The return of the items can be made within 14 days of delivery, to the exact address of the sender of the package you have received. Once the package is received back, the purchase amount + shipping will be fully refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
